Newly released drawings, now available

This introduces a series of sketches in pencil of revisited subject matters, drawn from the treasure chest that is Raymond Massey's captivating history telling.

Most of these sketches presented the artist with opportunity to approach old scenes from a different angle. Others are telling untold tales about the ships of past paintings, all to the delight of Massey aficionados everywhere.

This release is a rare occasion that offers unusual insight into the work process of this maritime master. The quality of the sketching is so exceptional that these drawings are truly in themselves works of art, and should be regarded as originals in graphite.
