The Hawaiian Folk Art of Rosalie Rupp
Prussing</CENTER><P><CENTER>
</center>
	Curious cows, mischievous mynah birds and a
delegation of red-footed boobiesÖWelcome to the
lighthearted kingdom of Hawaii's most colorful folk-artist,
Rosalie Rupp Prussing. With a gentle stroke of whimsy
and a never-ending flow of imagination, Rosalie has
painted the island scene for more than one quarter of a
century. Now in her 70's, Rosalie continues to maintain a
hectic pace as she travels several times a year and paints
nearly every day. A grandmother and former fabric
designer, who has won numerous awards, Rosalie keeps
her work fresh and lively by avoiding anything that's too
serious. "If I can't cheer people up, then it's no fun,"
Rosalie explains. <P>
	Since 1987, Ship Store Galleries has represented the adorable art of Rosalie Prussing and we are proud
to share her amazing collection of prints and originals with a growing number of collectors around the
world. Rosalie's colorful folk art style and whimsical point of view have become a cherished island tradition.
A tradition we invite you to experience and enjoy.
